Tracking Number E-mail

You will receive an e-mail when your order has shipped.  Only if you have created an account will you be able to log in and view your tracking number details.  You can then check your shipment's progress at UPS.com or USPS.com.  If you opted to check out as a guest, you may e-mail us at service@catchingfireflies.com for your tracking number. 

If you have not received an e-mail, please give us a call at (800) 414-1654 with your name and order number and we'd be happy to assist you.
