Real butter, real sugar, real milk chocolate, and hand sliced almonds prepared with love, one batch at a time, every time. Consistency is the key to our recipe. We don't stockpile our ingredients. We purchase them according to order size to ensure freshness and maintain taste integrity. We have never had an unsatisfied customer, and we refuse to skip the small steps in order to keep it that way.

Maybe a bit old fashioned, but we do not use machines, microwaves, or assembly lines to produce our toffee.

Dark Chocolate Cherry:  No artificial syrups or flavorings were harmed in the making of this product. You read that right…. we only use real, dried, Traverse City cherries in our Dark Chocolate Cherry Toffee. Being so close to the Cherry Capital, we decided to marry this versatile fruit with our already outstanding Dark Chocolate Toffee. The result is the perfect combination of sweet and tart. Consider it an homage of sorts to our Michigan roots. 

Maple Bourbon Pecan: A match made in Michigan from an idea sparked on the other side of the world! While on a trade mission to China, Andrew of Dave’s Sweet Tooth met Johanna of Journeyman and this sweet, boozy collaboration was born. Dave’s famous toffee made with Michigan maple sugar, decadent dark chocolate, and Journeyman Distillery Bourbon, topped with a dusting of pecans. 

Peanut Butter Crunch:  Peanut butter. Toffee. Enough said...One bite of Dave's peanut butter crunch toffee is sure to make any peanut butter enthusiast weak in the knees. Milk chocolate, peanut butter chips, almonds, and of course, the rich, buttery toffee that has made our product renowned through the midwest. It’s not the worst thing you will try today. 

S'mores Toffee:  Inspired by summer nights spent by the campfire and the sweet memories of toasted marshmallow and melted chocolate between crispy graham crackers. We've combined our classic soft almond toffee topped with chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker. Indulge in S'mores Toffee on it's own or double up on the gooey S'more-y goodness and use our toffee in place of chocolate during your next fireside adventure!
