wee bee jammin' preserves

Since 2008 wee bee jammin' has been creating artisan jams in northern Michigan  specializing in high fruit premium products. Wee pride ourselves in supporting local farmers and organic gardeners that produce their fruit the way nature intended. Wee also hand pick wild berries in season including thimbleberries, blackberries and blueberries. Our jam has no preservatives, just pure and natural ingredients, fruit, sugar and sometimes pectin and/or spices. What makes our jam distinctive is our passion for creating superior quality jams in a variety of traditional flavors and not so common fruit combinations. Our jams are packaged in 10.5 oz. square gourmet jars and topped with our banded label. An appealing package filled with quality preserves. Wee also have our own honey bees and use organic methods in harvesting our honey. Our honey is unpastuerized and lightly filtered leaving all the beneficial elements intact. Why is our jam and honey so good?  It’s a labor of love and happy hearts! Wee have a strong passion for what wee do, our product names are light hearted and wee’re having fun. Menage A Trois: Triple Berry Preserves - Red Raspberries + Cherries + Blueberries: This delicious blend of berries makes the perfect addition on toast, waffles, pancakes, muffins, scones, warm biscuits.....need wee say more? Ingredients: Michigan Red Raspberries, Cherries, Blueberries, Sugar, Natural Fruit Pectin. 

Razzle Dazzle: This delicious blend of black and red raspberries makes this the perfect jam for toast and yummy topping for vanilla ice cream. Ingredients: Michigan Red and Black Raspberries, Sugar, Natural Fruit Pectin.

Sweet Tart: Strawberries and Rhubarb.  Fresh picked strawberries and garden select tart rhubarb. Sweet + Tart = Sweet Tart.   Ingredients: Michigan Strawberries, Michigan Rhubarb, Sugar, Natural Fruit Pectin. 

Toe Jam:  Apples, Cherries, Peaches & Strawberries  Pair with Peanut Butter for the ultimate PB & J sandwich (better than a vegemite sandwich). Who would have thought apples, peaches, strawberries & cherries could taste this beelicious?  Ingredients: Michigan Fruit - Apples, Cherries, Peaches & Strawberries, Sugar, Natural Fruit Pectin.  

Wild Blue Yonder:  Wild Blueberries  Hand harvested wild blueberries from the woods of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.  These tiny berries are packed with flavor and high in antioxidants. Perfect topping for cheesecake. Yum!  Ingredients: Wild Blueberries, Sugar, Natural Fruit Pectin. 

Strawberry Preserves  This classic jam is country fresh. Tastes like fresh picked strawberries. Fold into real whipped cream for a quick parfait. Excellent topping on French toast or folded into a crepe. Bon Appetite!  Ingredients: Michigan Strawberries, Sugar, Natural Fruit Pectin.
