mini tortilla soup mix

Pair this with your favorite nacho chips and guacamole for a delicious lunch or dinner

Whisk contents of soup pouch and spice packet into 4 cups of water.  Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.  Simmer for 20 minutes.  

Suggestion:  Add 4 oz. cooked or canned chicken, cooked hamburger or cooked sausage.  Sprinkle with cheese and sour cream.

Combining dehydrated Great Northern beans and long grain rice, this spicy soup is a hit on a cold winter’s day.  Add tortilla strips and sour cream.
