Nothing warms you up like a hearty bowl of chili.
Preparation instructions) - Items needed:1/4 cup sour cream1/3 cup whipping cream, chicken (optional-canned, rotisserie, cooked or turkey)
Combine contents of soup pouch and spice packet with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Add 4 oz. cooked chicken at any time. In a separate sauce pan mix together and heat 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/3 cup whipping cream. (It is ok to substitute with "light" sour cream and either milk or fat free half & half). 10 minutes before serving, slowly whisk the cream mixture into the hot soup mix. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Suggestions: add 1/2 can of diced chili peppers to the mix.
Dehydrated beans make this soup ready in 20 minutes. Add dairy products for smoothness. Feel the cumin create the heat.
