Vegan/Vegetarian Soup(Vegan soup base "chicken flavored, but no meat")
Preparation Instructions:Begin with 8 cups of cold water, add the spice bag and whisk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes to one hour.
Suggestions: Add 2 tablespoons of sherry the last 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
